Ross Johnston | Founder

Ross has built the company’s reputation on his ability to understand and deliver on every detail of the customer’s requests. Clients in both California and Florida agree and regularly use such words as “perfectionist” and “meticulous” when describing the work style and attention to detail the company offers. 

Ross’s 25-year background in new home construction, lending services, and home remodeling gives a depth of experience that is professional, creative, and personal. Ross and his team work closely with each client to help them make wise decisions during all phases of design, development, and construction. The Company specializes in contemporary suburban & upscale coastal design, Ross has worked with several of San Francisco & Florida’s finest architects, designers, and tradesmen to deliver truly remarkable homes.

Ashley Johnston

Director Interior/Exterior Designer

Ashley embarked on her design career after graduating from Vanderbilt University. She has over a decade of managing residential renovations and new home design projects.

Ashley is well known for her cheerful design and creating livable spaces that blend both traditional and modern elements. She has a keen eye for mixing color, textures, and materials and strives for rooms with charm and individuality that are ideal for celebrations with friends and family.

Luis Alonso

General Contractor

Since 2011 Luis has been involved in construction projects from concept to completion and has built over 200 residential homes in Central Florida.

Luis has a wide array of experience, he not only specializes in building residential properties but has also worked on commercial construction projects for some of the biggest companies and government agencies in the world. He’s worked for 4 major builders including one of the largest builders in the nation, DR Horton.

Duvanny Pineda

Marketing Manager

As Shore Built’s marketing manager, Duvanny ensures consistent branding and messaging across all its marketing channels. She thrives in this industry’s day-to-day challenges, especially when it demands she reinvent her creative wheel, which she frequently does.

Originally from Naples, Florida, Duvanny moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in integrated business and real estate. Duvanny was contracted by some of the world’s most recognizable brands learning from the best about mastering a strong global presence.
